A SilverLake User Group member may submit an enhancement
request through their Regional User Group and also as an
individual bank. Each of the nine regional groups can submit
five enhancements per year. Each bank can submit two
enhancements. Holding companies are allowed to submit
two enhancements per bank (with a maximum of 5 banks). Please
note, a SilverLake User Group membership is not required
to submit enhancements, however, only paid members are
eligible to vote on the enhancement submissions.
These requests are for programming changes to be considered
for the next release of the SilverLake® system. The
Board's ESP Coordinator works with JHA in reviewing the
submissions. JHA strives to include the top voted
enhancements in the annual release along with the product
enhancements that they deem essential.

The SilverLake User Group participates in Jack Henry
& Associates' National User Group annual conference
which is held at various locations around the country.
The JHA user group conference has something to offer
all users, from the beginner to the expert. It's an
excellent opportunity for Silverlake® users to
meet with JHA staff, network with others, discuss
software issues, obtain training, and to see new
product releases. It also provides the opportunity
to see products and/or services, which work in tandem
with the JHA SilverLake® software.

As new SilverLake® functionality or enhancements
are required, focus groups may be established to gain
insight from the SilverLake® user community. Focus
groups are coordinated by the SilverLake User Group
to coincide with Jack Henry's SilverLake®
development group to allow for input, discussion,
and product development suggestions via conference
calls or onsite meetings. Any SilverLake bank may
participate in these groups.
